This role is ideal for someone entrepreneurial, with business development expertise, and preferably an established client base that can be brought into the agency. Key Responsibilities1. Strategic Leadership & VisionDefine and refine the company’s mission, long-term strategy, and growth roadmap.Identify new opportunities, service offerings, and potential markets.2. Business Development & Client AcquisitionBring in an existing client base and leverage networks for growth.Lead sales efforts, including pitching, proposal creation, and negotiations.Build strategic partnerships, affiliates, and referral networks.3. Marketing & Brand ExpansionStrengthen brand identity and market positioning.Collaborate on marketing campaigns, content creation, and client-facing presentations.4. Operational & Team LeadershipHelp scale internal processes, project management, and client delivery systems.Recruit, manage, and mentor team members across marketing, sales, and operations.5.
