Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and talented Junior Creative Strategist to join our team at HYPE10. As a Junior Creative Strategist, you will play a key role in developing and executing innovative and effective creative campaigns for our clients. The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, showcasing a strong ability to blend creativity with strategic thinking.
What you'll do:
- Creative Brainstorming: Conduct workshop sessions with our clients to develop ideas that align with our brands' visual identity that ultimately drive direct response
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with both internal and external teams to understand client goals, market trends, and target audiences, using this information to inform and enhance creative strategies.
- Content Creation: Work with our graphic designers and video editors to create engaging and compelling content across paid platforms, ensuring consistency with brand messaging and style guidelines.
- Data Analysis: Utilize data and analytics to measure the performance of creative campaigns, identify areas for improvement, and optimize strategies for maximum impact.
- Client Collaboration: Present creative findings, foster strong relationships with clients, and serve as a strategic partner to effectively communicate creative concepts and campaign performance for upwards of 5 brands.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree, ideally in marketing, advertising, communications, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in a creative role, preferably within a marketing or advertising agency.
- Familiarity with software tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, etc.
- Strong creative vision with an understanding of business objectives.
- Collaborative nature and a passion for staying on top of trends within the digital marketing landscape.
- Experience in the e-commerce industry.
