Hype Wellness Studio is family owned and operated in San Juan Capistrano. We opened in May 2024 and were awarded the Best New Business Award in San Juan Capistrano. We were also recently awarded Highest Rated Wellness Business in 2025. Our number one priority is connecting with our clients to make them feel seen, heard, and supported as they work towards their wellness goals. We offer regenerative health services including mild Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (mHBOT), infrared sauna, cold plunge, red light therapy, salt therapy, and leg compression. Each service we offer aims to improve the quality of life of each of our clients by improving both their mental and physical health. **Job Overview:**
We are planning big things for 2026! We plan to expand and open a location in Dana Point. We are seeking dedicated Wellness Coordinators to join our team as we grow. We are looking for someone with a warm and welcoming personality who is willing to be educated on wellness topics and processes and be able to articulate these benefits to our clients. We are looking for someone who is reliable, responsible, and punctual. We also value a strong work ethic. We take great pride in what we do to serve our community, and we want to see that from our team as well! Our coordinators should enjoy taking initiative and not be afraid to present and execute great ideas! It is also very important that this coordinator is "the calm in the storm" on a busy day. They should be able to facilitate scheduled appointments, walk-ins, responding to email inquiries, answering the phone, and everything else that comes up. These candidates should be willing to train and work at either the San Juan or Dana Point location.
**Responsibilities:**
- Schedule and coordinate appointments
- Make sales! (Offer bundles and memberships to clients)
- Handle payments
- Maintain a clean and inviting space for our clients
- Operate and maintain proper care of wellness equipment
- Adequately describe each service along with the risks and benefits of each
- Provide ongoing support to help clients achieve their wellness goals
- Assist with social media platforms and newsletters
**Requirements:**
-High School Graduate
- Responsible, punctual, great work ethic, enjoys conversing with clients, ability to display empathy and warmth to clients
-Would be ideal for someone pursuing a degree or certification in Wellness, Health Promotion, Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Sports Science, Nursing, Holistic Health Coaching, Healing Arts and Sciences or related field (though not mandatory)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to educate diverse populations on wellness topics
