JOB RESPONSABILITES:
- ·Successfully turn generated leads into loyal clients by appropriately assessing their home improvement needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Provide the best customer experience throughout the sales process to prospective and existing clients
- Educate and engage clients with confidence through extensive product knowledge and in-home demonstrations.
- We are looking for someone who thrives both independently and as part of a team
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5 years of sales experience – Construction is a bonus.
- Strong desire to build a career in sales.
- Must be organized, disciplined, and a self-starter. Someone who takes initiative with actions. We will not be your babysitter!
- Drive and commitment to achieving individual and company goals.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships through effective communication with clients and colleagues.
- Can handle challenging conversations with professionalism.
- High level of personal accountability and problem-solving skills
- Must have a valid drivers-license.
PAY
- Commission with bonus structure
