Responsibilities
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll be the driving force behind our hiring strategy.
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for complex roles, including strategic individual contributors an leadership roles.
- Serve as talent strategic advisor with business leaders to define hiring needs and coach on best practices
- Serve as a consultative partner to executives and senior business leaders—defining workforce needs, advising on talent strategy, and shaping hiring decisions.
- Partner with business leaders and cross functional stakeholders to translate long-term business objectives into proactive, data-driven hiring plans.
- Own reporting cadences with Senior level levels to inform on the health of hiring across their organizations.
- Identify and engage top passive talent using advanced sourcing tools, talent intelligence, and innovative market-mapping methodologies.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience that strengthens our employer brand.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and business leadership to align hiring plans with budget and headcount.
- Stay ahead of market trends and provide insights that influence talent strategy.
- Analyze talent data and trends to provide actionable insights that influence workforce planning and organizational design.
- Drive continuous improvement in recruiting processes, tools, and stakeholder engagement.
- Represent Talent Acquisition in strategic initiatives across the region and globally.
Basic Qualifications
- 5 years of Talent Acquisition experience.
- Data driven approach to TA using data to drive your collaboration with hiring managers and business leaders.
- Advanced sourcing, interviewing, assessment, and negotiation expertise.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience recruiting in complex, competitive markets across the APAC region, specifically within the India tech market.
- Advanced interviewing and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Fluent in English.
