Personal Lines Account Executive
The Account Executive is the integral link in the business relationship.
They are responsible for managing the client relationship, growing, and retaining the book of business.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide superior service to our clients by promptly responding to their inquiries and addressing their individual needs to the products and services our agency provides.
2. Make policy placement decisions based on needs of the customer, our agency, and the carriers we represent.
3. Underwrite risk situations to ensure they meet our agency’s standards and those of the companies we represent.
4. Actively develop account sales for assigned clients by soliciting single policy customers for additional policy sales in manner consistent with our agency marketing plans and/or renewal review process.
5. Proactively review individual client files prior to or at renewal, to assess coverages and recommend changes when necessary.
6. Responsible for professional growth seeking designations CISR.
7. Communicating with clients to ensure their needs are understood and addressed.
8. Client facing meetings in office, phone or Teams to manage the relationship.
Education/Experience:
Licensed to sell Property/ Casualty products
Experience in selling and/or servicing Personal Lines insurance
Essential skills and qualifications:
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Deep knowledge of insurance products, regulations, and the insurance industry.
Capability to clearly articulate intricate insurance products, utilizing analytical skills when
assembling an insurance portfolio.
Demonstrates excellent time management and
meticulous attention to detail.
Skilled in using insurance agency management systems and CRM software.
