Position Overview
HYH America is looking for a results-driven Associate Manager – Digital Commerce (B2B / Retail) to support and optimize digital commerce performance across key retail partners in the U.S. market.
This role is responsible for enhancing online product visibility, conversion, and sales performance across retailer platforms (e.g., Walmart, Target, Amazon). The ideal candidate will work closely with account management, trade marketing, and retail partners to ensure best-in-class digital merchandising, content execution, and performance optimization.
This position requires strong execution and analytical capabilities, with the ability to translate digital insights into actions that drive measurable sales impact.
Key Responsibilities
Retail Digital Commerce Management
- Manage and optimize product presence across key retailer platforms (e.g., Walmart, Target, Amazon)
- Ensure accurate and consistent product listings, content, and digital assets
- Support execution of retailer-specific digital initiatives and requirements
Digital Merchandising & Content Optimization
- Optimize product detail pages (PDPs) including images, titles, descriptions, and enhanced content
- Improve search visibility and discoverability within retailer platforms
- Ensure alignment with brand guidelines while adapting to retailer-specific best practices
Account & Sales Collaboration
- Partner closely with Account Management and Trade Marketing teams
- Support retailer-specific promotions, campaigns, and product launches
- Align digital execution with sales priorities and account strategies
Performance Tracking & Optimization
- Monitor key performance metrics including:
- Online sales
- Conversion rate
- Traffic and search ranking
- Retailer-specific performance KPIs
- Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities
- Recommend and implement improvements to drive sales and conversion growth
Retail Media & Digital Campaign Support
- Support execution of retailer media and digital campaigns (e.g., Walmart Connect, Amazon Ads)
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners on campaign setup and optimization
- Track campaign performance and provide insights to improve effectiveness
Vendor & Platform Coordination
- Coordinate with external partners, agencies, and platform teams
- Support management of timelines, deliverables, and content updates
- Ensure alignment between business needs and platform execution
Budget Management & ROI Optimization
- Support planning and management of digital commerce and retail media budgets
- Track spending across retailer platforms and campaigns (e.g., Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect)
- Monitor budget allocation and ensure alignment with sales priorities and business goals
- Identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency and return on investment (ROI)
- Partner with internal teams and external agencies to optimize spend and performance
- Support budget reporting, forecasting, and performance analysis
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce, digital commerce, or retail marketing roles
- Experience working with major U.S. retailers such as Walmart, Target, or Amazon preferred
- Background in CPG, food & beverage, or consumer brands preferred
- Strong understanding of retail e-commerce principles and digital merchandising best practices
- Ability to connect digital execution directly to sales performance and business outcomes
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- Detail-oriented with strong execution and operational capabilities
- Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration skills
- Familiarity with retailer platforms including Amazon Seller/Vendor Central, Walmart Supplier Center, and Target's retail systems
- Experience with retail media platforms such as Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, or similar
- Proficiency in analytics tools including Excel, Google Analytics, or equivalent platforms
- Solid understanding of key e-commerce performance metrics including conversion rate, traffic, search ranking, and sales performance
Preferred
- Experience collaborating with account management or trade marketing teams
- Experience managing product content and digital merchandising assets
- Solid understanding of the U.S. retail landscape and shopper behavior
- Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Bilingual fluency in English and Korean preferred but not required
Work Environment
This is a fully on-site position based at our Irvine, CA office, Monday through Friday. The role may also require schedule flexibility to support collaboration with HYH's Korea headquarters across time zones.
Compensation & Benefits
The base salary range for this position is $70,000 – $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience, qualifications, and demonstrated expertise.
In accordance with California law (SB 1162), HYH America provides pay transparency for all open positions. Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's relevant work experience, skill set, and alignment with the role requirements.
HYH America offers a competitive benefits package, including company-paid medical coverage (100% of employee premiums, with 20% employer contribution for eligible dependents), 12 days of accrued PTO per year, and 11 company-designated paid holidays.
