Part-Time Late Evening Cleaner

We are looking for a Cleaner to take care of our facilities and carry out cleaning duties. The goal is to keep our building in a clean and orderly condition.

This position is Part-Time late evenings and weekends. We are looking for self-motivated, leadership individuals to join our team. To be considered for this position you must have a reliable vehicle, valid driver license, clean record and willing to work the weekends.

We are only interested in dependable, trustworthy, enthusiastic, energetic, and excellent work ethic. Applicants should have an eye for detail and be able to work alone.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Be 18 yrs or older.
• Must have a clean record to be considered for this position.
• Must have a reliable vehicle, a valid driver license.
• Must be willing to weekends.
• Ability to walk, bend, push, pull and lift repetitively during working hours.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage and disposal methods.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work alone and as a team.
• Excellent organizational skills a must.
• Self-motivation and the ability to identify and complete needed tasks without direct supervision.

Responsibilities and Duties, but are not limited to:

• General and detail cleaning commercial building
• Sweeping, vacuuming, dusting and mopping floors
• Emptying trash cans, servicing restrooms and wiping down communal surfaces
• Perform heavy duty cleaning upon request and complete assigned weekly, monthly, and quarterly cleaning tasks
• Ordering supplies as needed
• Various other cleaning responsibilities but, not limited

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
