Hygia Reagents is a growing GMP-ready biotech manufacturing company based in San Diego. We support biotech and cell therapy customers with media, buffers, custom manufacturing, and early-stage GMP production support.
We are looking for a hands-on Manufacturing Supervisor to help support and improve our daily manufacturing operations.
Responsibilities- Support daily manufacturing and production activities
- Coordinate production schedules, inventory, and documentation
- Assist with GMP-related processes and operational organization
- Work closely with management and production teams
- Help improve workflow and manufacturing efficiency
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant production environment
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or related scientific fields
- Experience in biotech manufacturing, GMP environments, or production operations preferred
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Hands-on mindset and willingness to work in a fast-growing company environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Chinese language skills are a plus but not required
- Salary range: $60,000–$70,000/year
