What are the responsibilities and job description for the Barista position at Hygge Kitchen?
$18, $22/hr Tips | Full Time | 4-5 days/week including Sundays | 7am Start
Hygge Kitchen isn't a chain. We make everything in house, we're seed oil free, and we believe that warm, genuine treatment is part of what makes our coffee and food taste the way it does. Without it, what we serve would not taste the same.
We're looking for a barista who feels exactly that way.
The Role:
You'll be at the heart of our morning service, crafting exceptional organic coffee, matcha, chai, and seasonal drinks for a community that genuinely loves this place. You'll work through our busiest hours maintaining quality and warmth even when the line is long and the pace is fast.
You'll also learn our POS system to take customer orders and deliver food and drinks to our guests. At Hygge, everyone touches the guest experience.
During slower periods you'll help prep us for the next day. Making syrups, restocking, sweeping, cleaning the coffee station and kitchen.

Sundays are a must. This role is 5 days a week including every Sunday.
