Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a remote Account Manager. The Account Manager will oversee a portfolio of customer accounts, build and maintain strong client relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include identifying customer needs, providing tailored product recommendations, managing orders, and resolving customer inquiries promptly and effectively.
