What are the responsibilities and job description for the Shipping Clerk position at Hygea Natural?
We are hiring a Packaging & Order Fulfillment Associate to support our warehouse and shipping operations.
This role is primarily responsible for accurately packing and fulfilling orders, preparing products for shipments to different sales channels
like Amazon, Walmart & more.
This position is hands-on and detail-oriented, requiring some computer skills, organization, and the ability to work efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Buying Labels using shipping software (Pacejet, Ship Station, etc.)
- Order Fulfillment & Packing
- Ensure all shipments meet quality, quantity, and compliance standards
- Organize inventory and maintain a clean, safe work environment
- Follow all safety procedures and warehouse best practices
- Assist with general warehouse tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Previous order fulfillment or warehouse experience preferred
- NetSuite experience is a huge plus
- Computer skills and familiarity with warehouse management systems
- Experience packing orders for Amazon, Walmart, or other e-commerce platforms is a plus
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards
