We are hiring a Packaging & Order Fulfillment Associate to support our warehouse and shipping operations.
This role is primarily responsible for accurately packing and fulfilling orders, preparing products for shipments to different sales channels
like Amazon, Walmart & more.
This position is hands-on and detail-oriented, requiring some computer skills, organization, and the ability to work efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment & Packing
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately for shipment
- Package and label products according to company and channel requirements (Amazon, Walmart, etc.)
- Ensure all shipments meet quality, quantity, and compliance standards
- Inventory & Systems
- Use NetSuite and other warehouse management systems to process orders
- Operate computers confidently for order processing, labeling, and documentation
- Warehouse Operations
- Move boxes and materials throughout the warehouse (Max 50 lbs per box)
- Organize inventory and maintain a clean, safe work environment
- Follow all safety procedures and warehouse best practices
- Team Support
- Assist with general warehouse tasks as needed
- Support process improvements to increase accuracy and efficiency
Qualifications
- Previous order fulfillment or warehouse experience preferred
- NetSuite experience is a huge plus
- Computer skills and familiarity with warehouse management systems
- Experience packing orders for Amazon, Walmart, or other e-commerce platforms is a plus
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards
