Position: Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

What You’ll Do:
- Assist licensed physical therapists in implementing individualized treatment plans
- Provide hands-on therapy to residents to improve their mobility and overall function
- Monitor resident progress and document changes in their condition
- Educate residents and their families about therapeutic exercises and strategies for maintaining independence
- Promote safety and prevent falls through effective mobility practices

Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program
- Current Washington state licensure or eligibility for licensure
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
- Experience working in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting is a plus
- Must be able to pass a background check and meet all state requirements
Must have graduated from an accredited PTA program and have a current or pending WA state PTA license.
Salary : $30 - $40
