Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in City of Industry, CA. The National Account Manager will oversee and expand key client accounts, build strong customer relationships, and drive sustained revenue growth. Key responsibilities include developing and executing account strategies, identifying new opportunities to meet client needs, and ensuring their satisfaction. This role involves collaborating with internal teams to deliver solutions, monitoring market trends, and representing the company at industry events when necessary.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Account Management, Sales, and Client Relationship Management
- Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Customer Service skills
- Ability to conduct Market Research and analyze industry trends
- Strong Organizational, Project Management, and Strategic Planning abilities
- Proficiency in using CRM and other Sales Technology tools
- Flexibility to travel as required and work effectively in an on-site team environment
