Description:The Solutions Delivery Lead is responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of technology initiatives built on Microsoft-based platforms and tools. This includes end-to-end leadership of projects involving Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Azure, and Microsoft 365 solutions. The role blends project management, business analysis, and solution enablement, ensuring that technology solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational objectives.The Solutions Delivery Lead serves as the bridge between business stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership — translating business needs into actionable plans and ensuring high-quality, value-driven solution delivery.Requirements:Project Leadership & ExecutionLead complete project lifecycle activities — from discovery and planning through design, build, testing, deployment, and post-launch support.Define project scope, milestones, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with sponsors and technical leads.Manage project schedules, budgets, dependencies, and risk mitigation plans.Coordinate cross-functional teams, including architects, developers, analysts, and vendors.Apply Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies using tools such as Azure DevOps or Microsoft ProjectMaintain structured documentation and project governance through RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) tracking and executive reporting.Lead change control processes and maintain alignment with evolving business priorities.Business Analysis & Requirements ManagementConduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process mapping sessions to define business and technical requirements.Analyze existing business processes to identify opportunities for optimization, automation, or system enhancement.Develop detailed functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria that align business goals with solution capabilities.Partner with architects and technical leads to validate feasibility, performance, and scalability of proposed solutions.Manage requirements traceability from definition through testing and deployment, ensuring alignment with business objectives.Lead user acceptance testing (UAT), issue resolution, and final sign-off of deliverables.Solution Enablement & Microsoft Platform DeliveryDrive the delivery of Microsoft-based solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dynamics 365, SharePoint, and Azure integrations.Collaborate with development and data teams to ensure interoperability across platforms and adherence to best practices.Oversee environment strategy, ALM processes, and DevOps pipelines for efficient release management.Guide the adoption of automation, low-code applications, and reporting capabilities to improve efficiency and insight.Ensure solutions meet enterprise standards for data security, compliance, and performance optimization.Stakeholder Management & Change EnablementAct as the primary liaison between business sponsors, end users, and technical teams to ensure clear communication and expectation alignment.Develop and deliver executive-level reporting on project status, risks, and outcomes.Support organizational change management, including stakeholder readiness, training coordination, and communication planning.Promote user adoption and effective utilization of newly implemented Microsoft-based solutions.Facilitate project retrospectives and continuous improvement activities post-implementation.QualificationsExperience: 7 years managing enterprise technology or business solution delivery, with significant experience leading Microsoft-based projects (Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Azure, Microsoft 365).Technical Competence: Strong understanding of Microsoft application architectures, data models, integration patterns, and automation frameworks.Methodologies: Demonstrated experience managing Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery frameworks.Tools: Proficiency in Azure DevOps, MS Project, Power BI, Visio, and Microsoft 365 collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint).Business Acumen: Strong grasp of enterprise processes in finance, operations, or digital transformation initiatives.Certifications: PMP, PMI-ACP, or CBAP preferred; Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals or Dynamics 365 Fundamentals a plus.Soft Skills: Excellent communication, analytical thinking, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills; capable of balancing technical depth with business outcomes.
