We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to join our team. This role will support our marketing efforts and help streamline our marketing operations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and possess excellent communication skills.
Essential Functions:
- Trade Show Planning: Assist with trade show planning, including booth setup, travel arrangements, and logistics to ensure successful events.
- Digital Asset Management: Manage digital assets, ensuring organization and accessibility for the marketing team. This includes maintaining up-to-date files of marketing materials, images, and videos.
- Social Media Engagement: Manage social media inquiries and engage with our audience across various platforms to enhance brand awareness and foster community relationships.
- Performance Reporting: Create comprehensive reports post-trade shows to analyze performance metrics and gather insights for future improvements.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the Marketing team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing files.
- Competitor Analysis: Gather information on competitors, including performing pricing analysis to assist with strategic planning and positioning within the market.
- Content Creation & Site Media Capture: Capture high-quality photos and videos of HydroWorx products in use at customer locations, trade shows, and installations for marketing and social media content.
- Customer Collaboration: Work closely with customers to create marketing materials, including brochures and presentations, while also assisting with customer inquiries.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Prior experience in a marketing or administrative role is advantageous
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently manage tasks.
