Hydrotex Excavation is a growing hydro excavation service company dedicated to safety, professionalism, quality workmanship, and exceptional customer service. We are currently seeking motivated and qualified individuals to join our team in the following positions:
General Laborer
The General Laborer performs a variety of manual labor tasks supporting hydrovac operations and field services. This entry-level position offers opportunities for advancement and is ideal for individuals with a strong work ethic who are eager to learn and grow within the company. Guaranteed 40 hours per week; $15-18/hour.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and appropriate insurance
- Ability to pass a drug screening
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn
- Ability to safely operate hand and power tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Field services or construction experience preferred

Work Environment & Physical Requirements
Successful candidates must be able to:
- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Lift up to 50 pounds or more
- Stand, walk, bend, kneel, squat, climb, and perform physically demanding work
- Work around heavy equipment, construction sites, and industrial environments
- Travel and work overtime, nights, weekends, or on-call assignments as required by project needs
