HydroSolutions of Duluth is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Production Worker to join our manufacturing team. This role operates independently and collaboratively to deliver high-quality craftsmanship. You will handle finishing and assembly tasks while ensuring strict adherence to technical specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate a drill press, countersinking machinery, and various air tools.
- Finishing Work: Perform deburring and tumbling tasks to ensure smooth, high-quality product surfaces.
- Material Handling: Assist with transferring products safely into and out of designated production areas.
- Cross-Department Support: Provide general assistance to the wider production staff and work within the Assembly Department as needed.
- Quality Control: Follow written instructions and blueprints to meet strict dimensional standards.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and a solid understanding of decimal dimensions and print reading.
- Work Ethic: Strong dependability, attention to detail, and a commitment to overall neatness in workmanship.
Mental & Physical Requirements
- Focus: Ability to remain on-task, working at a steady, accurate pace from project start to finish.
