Position Summary:
If you like working with your hands, solving problems, and seeing a finished product come together, this role is for you. As an Assembly Technician, you’ll take precision parts and turn them into completed assemblies that meet real-world manufacturing standards. Pay depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Read blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
- Install hardware and assemble components to spec
- Drill, countersink, and perform hardware installation operations
- Use tools and equipment like pneumatic riveters and insertion machines
- Follow customer requirements and industry standards
- Inspect your work to make sure it meets quality expectations
- Troubleshoot and solve assembly challenges as they come up
- Pick and move parts using inventory systems and handheld devices
- Keep your workspace clean, organized, and safe
Qualifications:
Experience & Knowledge
- Basic computer skills
- Manufacturing experience is a plus (but not required)
- Familiarity with inspection tools and gauges is helpful
- Willingness to learn — training is provided

Work Schedule
- Full-time: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
