Service Technician
Location: Pottstown, PA

Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair irrigation systems (controllers, pumps, valves, sprinklers).
- Perform routine maintenance and recommend upgrades.
- Maintain accurate service records.
- Ensure outstanding customer service and clear communication.
- Coordinate with the service team on scheduling and priorities.
- Identify sales/upgrade opportunities during service visits.
- Follow all safety guidelines and industry standards.

Preferred Skills & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required.

- Basic electrical/mechanical knowledge.
- Familiarity with CRM/tablet-based systems a plus.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Irrigation certifications preferred but not required.
Physical Requirements
- Lift up to 50–75 lbs.
- Work outdoors in varying weather.
- Walk, kneel, bend, and stand for extended periods.
