Project Title: Corporate Aviation Operations/Scheduling Intern, Summer 2026
Your Role:
This team is recognized for its professionalism and service, both in the air and on the ground. This is a world-class flight department that has set the highest standards of professionalism, safety, and customer service for sixty years. You will get to work alongside the scheduling team to assist in coordinating the crewing of 45 pilots across 13 aircraft. You’ll support the Finance Team to provide the trip data necessary for billings, participate in Operations Meetings to collaborate on logistics management for the fleet/schedule, and coordinate scheduling needs with the Maintenance Department. Complete special projects as assigned by the Leadership Team.

- Analytical skills to be used for solving complex logistical problems in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledgeable in Airport Operations / FAA Regulatory requirements.

Compensation:
The compensation for this role is $24 to $25 / hr.
