Your role as a Field Operations Manager is to manage the overall operations and be responsible for the effective and successful management of labor, productivity, quality control performance metrics, and safety measures for your team. This role will report to the Project Manager.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and direction to all Field Operation Managers and Supervisors.
- Manage staffing levels, wages, hours, contract labor to revenues, recruit, select, train, assign schedules, coach, and train field staff
- Work closely with Project Manager and management team to set and/or implement policies, procedures, processes, budgets, as well as follow through with implementation.
- Develop operations systems, enforce, and evaluate policies and procedures; develop processes for completing work, equipment utilization, and equipment/inventory management
- Communicate with customers and safety department to ensure all processes remain compliant with OSHA and other governmental regulations and ensure that the project safety goals are met, and training is completed
Salary : $75,000 - $85,000
