Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs
- Operate POS systems accurately for sales transactions and cash handling
- Conduct product demos to educate customers about features and benefits
- Maintain merchandising standards by stocking shelves and organizing displays
- Manage inventory levels through stock replenishment and stock rotation
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Assist with cashiering duties, including processing payments via cash, credit, or debit cards
- Support store operations by ensuring cleanliness and organization of the sales area
- Perform basic retail math to handle transactions accurately
Qualifications
- Previous experience in wholesale or similar environment preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems and cashiering procedures
- Strong communication skills and phone etiquette
- Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for transactions and inventory management
- Experience in supervising or leading a team is a plus
- Bilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse customer needs
- Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Knowledge of merchandising, upselling techniques, and product demonstrations preferred
