We are actively seeking a Facility Support Technician at Hydroline, a Synergen company, in Bossier City, Louisiana that would be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized facility. They will oversee all deliveries received and ensure the placement of items. They will be responsible for understanding and adhering to company standards and expectations. Quality & Safety will be a focal point in all matters.

- Operate equipment, ie: forklift, CTL, tracked carrier, etc.
- Assist with loading and unloading supplies and equipment
- Maintain inventory of ancillary items in predetermined space
- Perform minor repair and maintenance tasks assigned by supervision
- Understand and assist with loading and unloading trucks and trailers coming and going from the facility
- Understand and perform periodic CMV audits and Quarterly Vehicle Inspections
- Constantly communicate with supervision on issues, changes, and specific needs for executing assigned tasks
- Ensure compliance of company policies and standards are always followed, ie: JSA’s, equipment inspections, checklist, etc.
- Ensure facility and work is executed to the highest standard and is done safely and compliantly
A qualified applicant must posses the following knowledge, skills, and abilities:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance
- Excellent and clear communication to safely and efficiently complete job tasks with team members
- Lead by example, teach, motivate, and mentor team members, and execute daily goals
- Drive a culture where equipment and work is organized, clean, and presentable
Physical Demands and Work Environment
While performing the duties of this position, the employee frequently is required to use hands or fingers; handle or feel objects, tools, or controls. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to high. Also includes consistently working outdoors in elements/weather. Work schedule varies according to demands of job assignments.
