Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Lead Associate to oversee daily operations, work alongside the Store Manager to lead our small team, and ensure smooth and profitable store performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Manage inventory, stock levels, and product displays
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve targets
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment
Qualifications:
- 2 years of retail (preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Reliable and flexible-Team Player
- Basic computer and POS system knowledge
- Friendly and professional attitude with a customer-first mindset
