Qualifications

- 5 years of experience in construction scheduling, with at least 2 years on data center or mission-critical facility projects.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, phases, and typical sequencing, especially in MEP-intensive environments.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with tight deadlines.
- Experience with BIM, Procore, or other construction management tools.
