I’m seeking strong commercial litigation associates (2021 classes) to join a highly respected and busy litigation practice. This opportunity suits someone looking to take on substantial responsibility in complex matters while being part of an excellent team.
Your role will include:
• Support trial teams handling sophisticated commercial disputes
• Draft dispositive motions, discovery motions, and related briefing
• Assist with depositions and manage complex document discovery
• Contribute to the development of the case strategy from early stages through resolution
What the firm is looking for:
• Experience at a well-regarded national law firm
• Strong academic credentials from a leading law school
• Federal clerkship and/or journal experience is strongly preferred
