Title: Data Entry Specialist II
Pay: $20.00 - $24.50/hour
Location: San Diego, CA - Boulder Oaks
Schedule: 6:30am to 3:00pm, Monday to Friday. ONSITE
Duration: 12-Month Contract
Seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to support data management operations within the organization. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting information from multiple sources into our database systems, ensuring all output meets established standards for volume, accuracy, and completeness. Job Responsibilities: In this role, you will manage and support a variety of projects within the Data Management department.
Essential Job Duties and Job Functions:
- Input data from a variety of sources into internal database systems accurately and efficiently
- Meet established production targets for volume, accuracy, and completeness
- Review and verify data entries to identify and correct errors or inconsistencies
- Maintain records in accordance with company standards and procedures
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to resolve data discrepancies
Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy
- Ability to manage workload effectively under time-sensitive conditions
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with data entry systems and standard office software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Education and Experience:
- 2-5 years of experience in a data entry or data management role
