A well-established corporate practice in Boston is adding an associate to support growing capital markets and public company work. The team advises issuers and underwriters on public securities offerings, including IPOs and other equity and equity-linked transactions, with a focus on technology, consumer, and life sciences companies. You would also work with public companies on corporate governance and SEC and exchange reporting.
They are interested in associates with clear experience across capital markets transactions and public company advisory work. You should be comfortable managing client relationships and handling the demands of active issuers with sophisticated needs. A strong academic record and prior training in the capital markets group of a national or international firm are preferred. Admission in Massachusetts or eligibility to transfer is required.
