Role Description
The Personal Trainer is an on-site position responsible for delivering exceptional one-on-one and Small Group Training experiences while building lasting relationships with members.
This role includes conducting fitness assessments, designing individualized training programs, coaching members through safe and effective workouts, monitoring progress, and adjusting programs based on each member's goals and abilities.
Personal Trainers are expected to educate, motivate, and inspire members while providing an outstanding level of customer service. In addition to training sessions, trainers actively contribute to member engagement by participating in club events, workshops, community initiatives, and outreach opportunities.

Qualifications
- Current Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) certification through an accredited organization (NASM, ACE, ACSM, ISSA, NSCA, or equivalent).
- Current CPR/AED certification (required).
- Ability to design safe, effective, and individualized exercise programs for members of all ages, fitness levels, and abilities.
- Ability to confidently coach one-on-one personal training sessions, small group training (SGT), and functional fitness classes.
- Ability to recognize exercise modifications and progressions while prioritizing member safety and proper movement mechanics.
- Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage appointments, client communication, and follow-up.
- Previous experience in a health club, fitness studio, or personal training environment is preferred but not required.
