What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mitigation Project Manager position at HydroDry Restoration?
Project Manager – Water Mitigation HydroDry Restoration – Manchester, NH
HydroDry Restoration is Manchester NH's #1 water damage restoration company — available 24/7, on-site within 60 minutes, and built on one standard: do every job like it's the only job. We serve homeowners and businesses across NH and MA, handling water damage, fire damage, mold, sewage, and more — restoring properties to pre-loss condition with speed, precision, and care.
We're a family-owned and operated company, and we're growing fast. We're looking for a sharp, driven Project Manager to take ownership of jobs from first call to final invoice and help us scale what we've built.
If you hold yourself to a high standard, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want to grow with a company that's just getting started — read on.
Why HydroDry Restoration?
We operate by one mantra: "The way you do one thing is the way you do everything."
That's not just a saying — it's how we answer the phone at 2am, how we show up on-site within 60 minutes, and how we treat every customer going through one of the worst days of their lives. Excellence isn't situational here. It's the baseline.
We've also built our operation differently than other restoration companies in the region. HydroDry runs on AI-powered job tracking and CRM technology that gives our team real-time visibility into every active job, keeps customer and adjuster communication seamless, and eliminates the disorganization that bogs down most restoration shops. While our competitors are chasing paperwork, we're already on to the next job.
And we're growing — fast. HydroDry Restoration is expanding its footprint across NH and MA, which means the people who join us now will have a direct path into senior leadership as we scale. This isn't a job. It's a ground-floor opportunity.
