What You’ll Do


As an Business Development Representative, you’ll play a critical role in driving revenue and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include:


Sales Generation: Proactively engage with potential customers, understand their needs, and present tailored roofing solutions.

Cultivate B2B Relationships: Build relationships with companies that can be referral sources.

Customer Success: Guide homeowners through every step of their journey, from initial consultation to post-installation follow-up.

Collaboration: Work closely with your teammates to optimize appointments, resources, and communication.

Close Deals: Overcome objections, build trust, and close sales effectively.

Finalize Jobs: Ensure seamless handoff to the production team, capturing all critical details to exceed customer expectations.
