What you will be doing
Duties may include, but are not limited to:
Production Support
- Assisting production departments with general labor and operational tasks.
- Supporting material handling, cleaning, and light assembly work.
- Maintaining a safe and organized work area.
- Following all safety, quality, and operational guidelines.
Land & Building Support
- Cutting grass and maintaining company grounds.
- Assisting with painting and light maintenance projects.
- Supporting general building upkeep as needed.
Assignments will vary based on operational needs and individual abilities.
What will make you successful?
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, standing, and working outdoors when applicable.
- Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
Preferred Skills/Qualifications:
- Interest in manufacturing, skilled trades, facilities, or maintenance work.
- Ability to take direction and work independently when needed.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
