Position Description:
We are looking for a Summer 2026 HR Intern to join our team. The HR Intern will support the Human Resources team with a variety of administrative and compliance-related tasks. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in HR operations and processes. This full-time internship is fully onsite, Monday through Friday
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with reviewing and updating the employee handbook to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Support the review and organization of job descriptions in preparation for the upcoming ISO audit
- Scan, file, and maintain HR paper records to support digital recordkeeping initiatives
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department (data entry, document organization, scheduling, etc.)
- Assist with special projects as needed
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
