- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial electrical and electronic equipment.
- Diagnose complex equipment failures and identify root causes using electrical prints, schematics, manuals, and diagnostic equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair PLC-controlled equipment, electrical controls, electronic systems, process controllers, and industrial instrumentation.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to improve equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
- Troubleshoot and support combustion systems and other complex production equipment.
- Accurately document maintenance activities, repairs, and completed work in the CMMS.
- Prioritize and complete maintenance work safely and efficiently based on plant and production needs.
Required Education/Experience:
- 2-year Electrical Technical Degree with at least 1 year of practical experience, and/or 3–5 years of practical experience in an industrial electrical or related environment.
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing industrial electrical equipment and systems.
- Ability to diagnose electrical and equipment failures using prints, schematics, manuals, and diagnostic equipment.
- Ability to work safely and independently while adjusting priorities based on plant needs.
- Willingness to participate in required Craft Academic Training Center training.
Preferred Skills/Qualifications:
- Experience troubleshooting PLC-controlled equipment and industrial control systems.
- Knowledge of electrical controls, electronic systems, process controllers, and industrial instrumentation.
- Experience with industrial combustion systems.
- Experience using a CMMS to document maintenance work and repairs.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Language- Able to communicate orally and in writing effectively with Managers, supervisors, peers and subordinates.
