Part-Time Construction Administrative Assistant (Marketing & Compliance)
Location: Worcester County, MA
Schedule: 20–24 hours per week (Flexible)
Pay: $20–$28/hr (Based on Experience)

compliance paperwork, insurance certificates, or trade licensing is a must. If you’re organized,

We are a growing company seeking a reliable, organized, and driven Part-Time Administrative
Assistant to support marketing, compliance, and business operations.
Responsibilities
- Assist with project close-out packages (DCAMM/public work). Complete yearly dcamm qualification certificatio.
- Obtain and renew insurance certificates (COIs)
- Manage contractor licenses (in-state & out-of-state). set reminders for training and renewals when needed.
- Attend trade shows and conduct client outreach
- Support marketing and business development
Qualifications
- Experience in construction admin or office admin preferred
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Comfortable with phone calls and client interaction
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $24.30 - $29.26 per hour
