Role Description The Administrative Assistant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Opelika, AL. This role supports daily office operations by managing phone calls, greeting visitors, and responding to email inquiries in a professional and timely manner. Responsibilities include preparing and maintaining documents, filing and data entry, scheduling meetings, assisting with calendar management, and coordinating basic logistics for internal and external stakeholders. The Administrative Assistant will also support executive leadership with administrative tasks, track and organize project-related information, and ensure accurate records are kept for clients and vendors. This position requires consistent attention to detail, discretion with sensitive information, and effective communication with team members across the organization.
