As a liaison between Production and Employee Services (ES), the Training Ambassador provides guidance, answers questions, helps resolve concerns, and supports positive outcomes through effective problem-solving and de-escalation. This role plays a key part in employee engagement, development, and retention by ensuring new hires feel supported, informed, and connected from day one.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for new hires during onboarding and training.
- Answer questions and provide support to help employees succeed.
- Assist with certifications and training records.
- Support employee engagement and retention efforts.
- Promote the Operator Progression Program (OPP) and development opportunities.
- Act as a liaison between Production and Employee Services.
- Help improve onboarding and training processes.
- Be a positive role model and advocate for employee success.
- Knowledge of the Operator Progression Program (OPP).
- Experience training, mentoring, coaching, or leading peers.
- Understanding of production operations and expectations.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive meaningful relationships.
- Must have completed Bronze and Silver OPP classes
