Core Responsibilities of our Production Supervisor:
- Ability to build, inspire, motivate and mentor employees.
- Ensuring safety, quality and productivity goals.
- Role reports to Production Superintendent.
- Supervising Production Department.
- Set expectations and priorities for operators.
- Coordinate activities for the team to ensure safety, quality and productivity of production.
- Ensure all production resources are utilized to meet the expectations of department needs.
- Monitor work skills and certifications of operators to ensure a qualified well-trained work group.
- Bachelor's degree (B.S.) or equivalent four-year college or technical school and/or 4 or more year’s related experience and /or training: or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Technical or mechanical aptitude is a plus
