Production Supervisor 3rd Shift

The Production Supervisor 3^rd shift is responsible for ensuring production activities are performed by production team members. This includes coordinating activities to ensure safety, quality, productivity, and cost goals.

Core Responsibilities of our Production Supervisor:

• Ability to build, inspire, motivate and mentor employees. 
• Ensuring safety, quality and productivity goals.
• Role reports to Production Superintendent.
• Supervising Production Department.
• Set expectations and priorities for operators.
• Coordinate activities for the team to ensure safety, quality and productivity of production.
• Ensure all production resources are utilized to meet the expectations of department needs.
• Monitor work skills and certifications of operators to ensure a qualified well-trained work group.
• Bachelor's degree (B.S.) or equivalent four-year college or technical school and/or 4 or more year’s related experience and /or training: or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Technical or mechanical aptitude is a plus
