- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on facility systems and equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems
- Respond to facility maintenance requests and work orders in a timely manner
- Inspect building systems and equipment to identify maintenance needs and potential issues
- Maintain facility infrastructure to support safe and efficient operations
- Assist with building improvements, renovations, and facility-related projects
- Operate tools, equipment, and material handling devices safely and effectively
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
- Support compliance with safety regulations and facility maintenance procedures
- Collaborate with internal teams and external contractors to complete maintenance activities
Requirements
- High school diploma / GED
- Associate's degree or vocational trade school certification in building maintenance or industrial technology preferred
- 2 - 5 years of related experience in facility or building maintenance
