Responsibilities
- Be a friendly, go-to point of contact for our customers, handling order entry, follow-ups, and day-to-day email and phone communication.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and offering tailored solutions to meet client needs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with production, shipping, and internal teams to help keep orders moving.
- Maintain clear internal communication regarding order status, client requests, and potential challenges to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Ensure the open order report remains up to date, and flag anything that needs attention.
- Act as the bridge between the clients and the company.
Skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate solutions and build rapport with clients.
- Demonstrated experience in entering purchase orders for B2B clients.
- Attention to detail, especially with order entry and identifying red flags.
- Must have experience with Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Sheets) for documentation, tracking, and reporting purposes. These programs are used daily.
- Enjoy a fast pace environment where no two days look the same and can stay flexible and adapt when priorities shift during the day.
- Organized, take ownership, and follow through without needing reminders.

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
