- Translate business requirements to technical solutions
- Oversees the development of new functionality
- Creates Process Design Documents andFunctional Design Documents(under supervision of the Stream Solution Architect)
- Configures the system
- Performs and supports test cycles to ensurethe final product satisfies the defined requirements
- Providestraining to key users
- Supports the creation of the cut-overplan and executes the plan
- Provides Hyper-Care support for the predefined period
- Resolvesdefects
- Creates and updates relevant project documentation
- Provides the 3rdlevel support
- Supports Data Migration processes (provides functional documentation, provides input to data mapping sessions, resolves defects,assists in thedataloadvalidation)
- Works under the supervision of the Team Lead(task management)and theStreamSolution Architect (solution management)
- Five years plus working with SAP or variant in a hands-on project environment
- Experience in enterprise-level SAP projects using waterfall methodology throughout the whole life cycle with repeated and demonstrable success
- Expert level understanding of the SAP product suite
- Extensive experience with SAP configuration, including workflows, validation rules, and security controls
- Experience defining business requirements, writing functional design documentation
- Expert level experience of SAP modules and underlying architecture, design
- Experience in designing SAP software components
- Experience integrating SAP with different business systems, as well as working with integration tools
- Expert level understanding of environment management, release management, code versioning best practices, and deployment methodologies
- Experience in greenfield, brownfield, and rollout projects, project phases, SAP Activate and Agile project methodologies
- Experience in manufacturing industries, preferably metal and/or automotive
- College or University (IT /Business Degree or Equivalent)
- Strong spoken and written English
- Expert SAP knowledge
- Customizing knowledge
- ABAP Debug experience
- Integration understanding (iDocs, EDI messages)
- Skilled Office 365 user
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Team player
- Able to travel up to 50%
- Driving license
