9:00 PM - 5:00 AM
$1.00/hour extra for shift differential
Job Responsibilities:
- Operate various equipment such as mills, punch presses, deburring wheels, benders, saws, specialty machines, turning centers, milling centers, and hand tools.
- Inspect equipment daily to ensure proper guards are in place and notify the supervisor or lead of any safety concerns.
- Perform basic equipment set up.
- Read and interpret measurements using various gauging equipment, including digital calipers, micrometers, protractors, and custom gauges.
- Visually inspect workpieces before and after machining for defects.
- Accurately and promptly maintain all job assignment records, both on paper and in the computer.
- Perform quality control checks during operations.
- Properly dispose of all scrap and waste materials.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Understanding of safety, quality, and production processes.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Preferred Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED
