Your Role at a Glance
Operate safely to load/unload bulk materials, manufacture liquid chemical products, and package finished items to meet customer requirements and stringent quality standards.
Shifts Available
- 2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 12:00pm–8:30pm
- 3rd Shift 10s: Monday–Thursday, 8:00pm–6:30am
- 3rd Shift 12s: Monday–Wednesday and every other Thursday, 6:00pm–6:00am
- Weekend Days: Friday–Sunday, 6:00am–6:00pm
What You’ll Do
- Inspect every container—inside and out—before filling; follow the applicable Container Inspection and Filling SOPs.
- Clean and prep reactors prior to each batch, adhering to GMP SOPs for recordkeeping, equipment cleaning, and inspection.
- Wear and use all required PPE during filling and mixing, as indicated on Production Worksheets and PPE certifications.
- Verify products meet quality expectations (including proper filtration of liquid products) before they leave production.
- Maintain safe, orderly, and clean production areas at all times.
- Examine all tank trucks before any loading/unloading; follow Tank Truck Bulk Loading and Tank Truck Unloading SOPs.
- Confirm paperwork accuracy prior to any load/unload; follow Tank Truck Loading, Tank Truck Unloading, and Railcar Unloading SOPs.
- Review production schedules and batch records to ensure correct raw materials and proper order of addition.
- Perform tote cleaning per procedure; record service, testing, and traceability in the prism tote tracking system.
- Complete weekly area inspections, filter logs, and other required logs; submit inspection checklists on schedule.
- Use Catalyst weekly to track and complete training; ensure all assigned SOP reviews and trainings are finished by due dates.
- Attend all required training when scheduled unless absent from work.
- Uphold Hydrite’s Standard of Excellence by maintaining quality facilities and delivering quality products and services.
- Follow all relevant SOPs and perform additional duties as assigned.
- Engage in Emergency Response Team, RCRA, regulatory, health & safety, and process training as required.
- Submit Maximo service requests for equipment that requires repair.
Reporting Structure
This position reports to the Manufacturing Manager.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Two or more years of experience preferred in chemical processing or another manufacturing setting
- Basic computer literacy, including MS Office
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills; ability to read, write, and speak English
