Hydraulics International, Inc. (HII) is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Stockroom Clerk to support daily stockroom, warehouse, and inventory operations. This position is responsible for receiving, organizing, storing, transferring, and distributing parts and materials while maintaining accurate inventory records.
The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, safety-conscious, and able to perform repetitive tasks accurately in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Performance Deliverables
- Develop strong working relationships with engineering, manufacturing, inventory, and warehouse team members while demonstrating effective cross-functional collaboration.
- Learn and apply technical skills that support continuous improvement throughout manufacturing operations.
- Organize, move, and store parts and materials accurately.
- Pull parts for production kits and properly return or store materials in designated stockroom locations.
- Transfer stock and materials throughout the facility.
- Pull and move materials from the yard using a pallet jack, as needed.
- Assist with cycle counts, physical inventory, and other stock-taking activities.
- Verify part numbers, quantities, and storage locations to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Accurately complete required inventory transactions and documentation.
- Perform repetitive tasks while maintaining consistent accuracy, quality, and productivity.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow the Company’s Code of Safe Work Practices and all applicable safety procedures.
- Follow and adhere to the Company’s quality management system and established work processes.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- One to three years of stockroom, warehouse, inventory, or material-handling experience preferred.
- Ability to accurately identify, count, organize, and distribute parts and materials.
- Experience using a pallet jack preferred.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to communicate in Spanish preferred.
- Dependable attendance and punctuality required.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Compensation and Schedule
Hourly Rate: $19.00–$21.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, skills, and other job-related factors.
