Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Counter Sales role located in Mobile, AL. The Counter Sales Representative will assist customers with product orders, provide expert guidance on hydraulic solutions, and ensure excellent customer service. Responsibilities include processing transactions, providing product recommendations, and maintaining an organized sales area. The candidate will also assist in addressing customer inquiries, order fulfillment, and inventory management.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively interact with clients and address inquiries.
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management to drive customer transactions and achieve sales goals.
- Ability to participate in and deliver Training to enhance product knowledge and customer satisfaction.
- Familiarity with hydraulic systems, parts, and fluid power solutions is a strong advantage.
- Capable of working collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or sales certifications are a plus.
