In this per diem Registered Nurse (RN) role, you'll administer IV and injection therapies, provide patient education, and support overall wellness through guidance on nutrition, exercise, and preventive health measures.

Pay: $ 45.00/ hour competitive hourly tips (up to $20 / hour) bringing your potential earnings to $45.00– $65.00 per hour

Schedule: This is a per diem position. You will provide 6 shifts of availability per month with 4 being weekdays and 2 being weekends.

Locations You'll Cover: Huntington Beach area and Newport Beach are clinic locations as well as mobile and on-call shifts.

Clinic Hours: Team members must be available for scheduling during both morning/afternoon and afternoon/evening shifts within the hours of 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate, detailed reports and health records
• Promote membership programs, packages and treatment plans to patients
• Modify patient treatment plans as indicated by patients' responses and conditions
• Work with the District Nurse Manager to maintain nursing supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies; using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results
• Keep the clinic in compliance with Hydration Room inspections before and after each shift
• Maintain a safe, secure, and clean environment for customers
• Oversee Wellness Coordinator staff at clinics
• Maintain documentation of patient care services
• Train new staff
• Deliver Five Star Customer Service to ensure our patients have a positive experience in the clinic
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned by management staff
• Uphold standards of behavior as defined by the company's Core Values, Code of Conduct, and Operational Guidelines

Skills & Qualifications

• Current BLS certification required
• BSN or diploma in nursing
• Valid RN License with no sanctions, past or present
• Two years of related experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• In-depth knowledge of IV Clinic procedures
• Proficient in-patient charting systems, scheduling systems, Microsoft Office, or related software
• Excellent organizational skills and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of great customer service, general sales, and patient care

Salary : $45 - $65
