Position Summary
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and detail-oriented Med Spa Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our patients and guests. This role is essential in creating a welcoming environment while ensuring smooth front desk operations and full compliance with HIPAA and California employment standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and assist patients and guests upon arrival
- Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments efficiently
- Maintain strict patient confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Process payments, memberships, and invoices accurately
- Handle front desk operations and administrative tasks
- Coordinate with clinical and back-office teams to ensure seamless service
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a medical spa, clinic, or hospitality setting preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with scheduling systems and basic office software
- Understanding of HIPAA compliance is a plus
