Role Description
This is a full-time, paid hourly, on-site role based in Wayne, NJ, for a Lead Nurse at Hydrate IV Bar. The Lead Nurse will oversee IV preparation and administration, maintain high clinical standards, and ensure compliance with safety and health protocols. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing patient care, supervising nursing staff, IV inventory, coordinating scheduling, and providing guidance on best practices. Additionally, the Lead Nurse will collaborate with the team to enhance customer experiences and support clients’ wellness goals.
Qualifications
- Experience in IV therapy administration, venipuncture, and handling IV equipment confidently and safely.
- Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills to oversee nursing operations effectively.
- Proficiency in patient care, health assessments, and maintaining medical records.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to offer excellent customer service.
- Flexibility to adapt to workflow changes and contribute to a collaborative, health-focused environment.
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) Multi-State license in New Jersey and current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Previous experience in a similar wellness or medical setting is a plus.
- Managing patient records using the MytTime system
- Must have a valid New Jersey driver’s license and reliable transport
- Must have 3 years in higher-volume settings where IVs are done frequent
- Maintaining strict patient confidentiality in compliance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
Salary : $30 - $35
